2 Sisters Added Value Poultry manufactures cooked, breaded and raw added value products for both major retailers and food service customers.

The division employs 1,700 people across four centres of excellence.

The Added Value team focuses on delivering innovative products in a sustainable manufacturing environment where we produce both frozen and chilled products.

Cambuslang was acquired during the VION purchase and became part of the 2 Sisters added value division in August 2013. Built in 1962, further investment/extension took place in 2014.  It is the centre of excellence for retail cooked poultry products.

Leechmere Industrial Estate, Toll Bar Road, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear,

Sunderland is our business-to-business and food service centre of excellence and has been a manufacturing site for more than 30 years. It has been part of 2 Sisters Food Group since 2007. 

Sunderland produces ready to eat chicken, turkey and duck products. This includes brined, marinated, sliced, diced and whole products.

The Thetford site opened in February 2011 and is our breaded product centre of excellence. 

Thetford uses best in class equipment which enables the site to deliver significant environmental benefits. The low-energy building is the flagship development within the 2 Sisters group.
