Established in the Yorkshire town of Batley in 1853, Fox's Biscuits is a renowned brand with tremendous heritage.

From the original Brandy Snap, to Crunch Creams, Party Rings, Cookies and the decadent Chocolatey Shortcake Rounds, we bake more than 6 billion biscuits and cookies a year and send them all over the world.

Todays’ Fox Family has more than 2,000 members, and whilst we began in Batley, we now bake our full range of Fox's Biscuits from our three bakeries in Batley, Kirkham and Uttoxeter.

All of our bakeries combine traditional biscuit making knowledge and techniques with automation and technology, but it’s our people over the last 160 years that continue to bake some of the nation’s best loved biscuits making Fox’s a famous household name

Fox’s Biscuits, Batley

Wellington Street, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 5JE

In 1853 Michael Spedding produced Brandy Snap in a Victorian bake house in Batley. His Son in Law, Fred Ellis Fox took over in 1897, and that’s when we got our Fox’s name.

Batley produces Brandy Snaps, Indulgent Cookies, Moulded Chocolate Rings, Jam and Creams, Viennese and a variety of fantastic Assortment Tins, Cartons and Seasonal ranges including Fabulously Fox’s.

Fox’s Biscuits, Kirkham

Whitworth Street, Wesham, Kirkham, Preston, Lancashire, PR4 3AX

The site was originally a Lancashire Cotton Mill and was converted to Biscuit making in 1954 by Parkinson's of Preston. Fox's Biscuits bought Parkinson's Biscuits in 1966 and in the 1990's major construction work took place to change the site into a modern purpose built unit.

Kirkham is the home of the Rocky bar and the iconic Party Ring as well as making Crinkle Crunch, Cookies, Classic Chocolate Biscuit Bars, Funimals, Triple Bars and Crunch Creams.

Fox’s Biscuits, Uttoxeter

Cheadle Road, Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, ST14 7BT

In the early 1900's Samuel Elke’s opened a confectionary shop in Uttoxeter and in 1928 a purpose built biscuit factory “Elke’s Biscuits” was opened on the current site.

In 1986 the business was bought by Northern Foods and continued to be run as Elke’s Biscuits until 2003, when it became part of Fox's Biscuits, taking us to the 3 bakeries we continue to run today.

Our Uttoxeter Bakery predominantly baked own label products for our key customers, including household favourites such as Malted Milk, Shorties, Custard Creams, Digestives, Oaties and Nice, along with Farley's Rusks, Sports and a variety of assortment packs.
