Miles for Mind

Lycra-clad Joe Adamic, a manager at Amber Foods, has set himself a challenge to cycle from 2 Sisters Llangefni to 2 Sisters Scunthorpe, a total of 195 miles within 24 hours on Wednesday 23rd September.

ON YER BIKE: Joe ready for the challenge

Joe hopes to raise £1,200 for the mental health charity Mind as he has been personally affected by a family member suffering with mental health problems.

Joe will be attempting this challenge on his own, with his Dad driving ahead as support, and we’re encouraging our colleagues to join him on parts of the route.

Joe said: “Over the last few years I have been supporting Mind and trying to create awareness about mental health.

“The money raised from this challenge will support those who desperately need the help.”
