Senior Independent Director appointment

2 Sisters Food Group is pleased to announce that current Non-Executive director Andrew Cripps has been appointed as Senior Independent Director at the business.

Andrew has been a member of the Board since November 2011 and with immediate effect takes on this wider-ranging role.

Lord Allen, Chairman of 2 Sisters Food Group, said: “Andrew has made a significant contribution to the Board and has chaired the Audit Committee.

“His knowledge, skills and experience make him an ideal Senior Independent Director and I look forward to working with him in this broader role.”

A chartered accountant, Andrew has extensive experience within the consumer goods sector and is currently Deputy Chairman of Swedish Match AB and Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Booker Group Plc and Stock Spirits Group Plc.
